Financial difficulties are something that may arise at any time and it sure is a nightmare for whoever faces it. Our client; Credit Solutions Inc. is a Canadian government-licensed credit counseling agency that provides Debt Relief Services. Credit Solution Inc. offers structured debt repayment programs, debt reduction proposals, and debt consolidation services to assist Canadians who find themselves unable to cope with their current debt load. 

Challenge 

The client’s requirement was to move their process from analog to digital in order to simplify their work processes and add value to every customer interaction they have. More specifically, they wanted to transform their existing manual documentation work into a digital system and also automate the workflow of their bankruptcy application process. Developing the digital system, required to be more flexible in a way that allowed users to do the changes at any point in the workflow and allows them to move the document back and forth, without violating the workflow validation. 

The Solution 

Understanding the client’s requirements, we made sure to provide a smooth transition of the workflows. We were given the challenge to develop the digital system, which required us to be more flexible in a way that allowed users to do the changes at any point in the workflow and allowed them to move the document back and forth, without violating the workflow validation. 

Having a top-notch security protocol is a must for our clients, given that they work with highly sensitive data. High security in the workflow automation process was granted in this project as it uses Google’s authentication and security measures. 

The solution was very cost-effective for the client as the hosting automation is built within the Google Workspace and the client’s processing volume is under the free tier limitation. This required no additional charge for cloud services nor for computing engines.
